Information About Lasik Coverage
Effective January 1, 2023, your HRA can be used to pay for expenses incurred for Lasik services up to a lifetime maximum of $1,500.00 per individual. Prior to January 1, 2023, Lasik was not a covered benefit that could be reimbursed with your HRA.
